Blaze Syka (MRED+D 2022) is an Associate at SKS Partners, a San Francisco-based developer specializing in entitlements and adaptive reuse projects that support the Bay Area's innovation economy. His role encompasses various responsibilities, including acquisitions, financial and market analysis, and project and asset management support. Skya worked as an urban design and land use consultant for almost a decade prior to making the transition to real estate development. He is active with various industry groups, including ULI, BREAA, and NAIOP.
