Collin Beresford is an Asset Manager specializing in real estate transactions at MidPen Housing, a California-based nonprofit organization that serves over 130 communities across 12 Northern California counties, supporting more than 21,000 low-income households, and growing.
Before transitioning to affordable housing, Beresford worked as an architectural designer in Savannah, Georgia contributing to projects across the East Coast. He later relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana, where he was appointed as a Sustainable Design Lead, playing a key role in the development of innovative and environmentally responsible projects.
