Daniel Benavides

Daniel Benavides was most recently a project manager for Equity Community Builders (ECB), a real estate development company located in San Francisco, where he managed the construction of a medical respite facility in Alameda in addition to assisting the entitlement and design process of several other projects across the Bay Area for both non-profit and for-profit clients. Before joining ECB, Daniel graduated from the UC Berkeley MRED+D program after working as a development and construction manager for Intracorp, an international multi-family real estate developer. At Intracorp, Daniel led the pre-construction efforts for the in-house construction team while managing the development and delivery of more than 1,000 apartments and townhomes across the Seattle metro area and San Jose. Daniel began his career in Chicago as a construction project manager for ARCO/Murray, a design-build general contractor, where he built more than 100 apartments of mixed-income housing.
