BIOGRAPHY

Janina Dautert-Foerster is a real estate professional with international experience across Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She currently works as an analyst focused on real estate development and asset management at Signature Development Group in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she supports the analysis and management of mixed-use and residential projects.

Her professional background includes property management and development-related roles in Germany, with experience in building operations, tenant coordination, and asset oversight. She has worked with sustainability-focused management practices and development processes, providing an operational foundation that informs her work across the real estate lifecycle.
