Keisuke joins the MRED+D program after six years of working for a construction company in Japan. He was part of the Urban Development Division at Taisei Corporation, where he handled a variety of projects ranging from small-scale public facilities to large-scale private real estate developments.

During the initial two years, he focused on securing contracts for public facility construction and collaborated with both internal and external stakeholders to prepare proposals for competitions. Subsequently, he dedicated two years to the design phase of large private developments, overseeing consultations with local government and other stakeholders, thus contributing to project advancement. Most recently, he was assigned to an asset management company, where he managed hospitality, retail, and commercial assets, contributing to maximizing real estate profits.

In the MRED+D program, Keisuke aims to strengthen his foundational knowledge in real estate development while gaining insights into the real estate business of the San Francisco Bay Area. He looks forward to leveraging the experience gained in MRED+D program and participating in global real estate development after graduation.

In his free time, Keisuke enjoys traveling and exploring new cities, playing tennis and golf, and trying out new restaurants.
