Chris Desponds (MRED+D 2024) is a senior consultant at Ryan, where he specializes in commercial property valuations and tax advisory. In this role, he supports institutional as well as family real estate companies with pre-acquisition and development property tax projections, valuations, and property tax appeals.
In parallel, Desponds is a successful investor and co-owner of a small-scale international real estate portfolio — one he dreams of growing with time.
An MRED+D alum, Desponds received the program's Overall Academic Performance award. Prior to joining the program, he was a real estate asset and property manager in the flex living space.
