For NON-CED Faculty, Staff and Student Groups
As of January 2017 we have changed our policy and we are not longer able to accomodate reservations from non-CED affiliated groups.
This policy change was implemented in response to various infractions and instances where we have encountered external groups misusing our equipment and our facilities. Thank you for understanding that this change is in the best interest of the students, staff, and faculty within the College of Environmental Design and helps ensure that we can offer them access to functioning equipment and optimal facilities.
For CED Faculty, Staff and Student Groups
The following CED venues may be available for your event or meeting if you are a CED-affiliated group. Contact the designated office below for more information, depending on the space you would like to use. There is no reservation fee for CED-affiliated groups. However, if the event is outside of regular operating hours, we may charge a fee ($50 for open and $50 for close) in order to pay campus facility services to open/close the building doors.

Please fill out the new CED Dean's Office Room Reservation Request Form to request a space managed by the Dean's office. Someone from the Dean's office will contact you ASAP to confirm your request once all information has been submitted via this form.
