Eugene’s journey into real estate began with youthful curiosity. This early passion has led to a deep interest in real estate investment and development throughout his adult life. With various roles in banking and finance, Eugene honed his skills in business and operations and investment analysis and structuring, setting the stage for his entrepreneurial endeavors.

In 2021, Eugene co-founded a FinTech company based in Singapore that focuses on private credit and trade finance, showcasing his ability to bridge finance and innovation. Since then, as Chief of Staff, he has supported the CEO and grown the company to 70 people across three continents. This successful venture bolstered his entrepreneurial spirit, propelling him to pursue his lifelong passion in real estate through the MRED+D program. Eugene’s multidisciplinary experiences uniquely position him to contribute to the program and excel with his cohort.

Outside of work, Eugene is an enthusiastic traveler and hiker, taking on adventures and seeking new experiences. He is also passionate about social work, especially for underprivileged children.
