Dan Fedder is a Vice President at Wilson Meany, where he manages the acquisitions and development of residential and commercial assets for the firm. His portfolio includes Treasure Island, Yerba Buena Island, Hollywood Park, Hamilton Webster, The Flood Building, and new investment initiatives in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Prior to Wilson Meany, Dan worked at The Kimberlite Group, a boutique real estate investment bank, where he advised institutional investors, public REITs and operators on various M&A and strategic initiatives. Prior to Kimberlite, Dan worked at the investment bank Financial Technology Partners, where he helped clients in the FinTech space execute growth equity and sell-side strategies totaling over $3 billion. Dan began his career at General Electric in their Financial Management Program.
Dan serves on the Steering Committee of the Urban Land Institute of San Francisco and is an active member of NAIOP.
