2014 [IN]CITY Student Highlights
The 2014 [IN]CITY students developed in-depth recommendations for the City of Berkeley and neighboring cities in areas regarding community development, housing, land use, transportation, urban design and water. To develop these strategies, students conducted data analysis related to demographics, land use, and transportation, learned city and street design and drawing techniques, and critically evaluated complex and real-world policy and planning options. The six-week program introduces students to the discipline of city and regional planning through daily seminars and hands-on studio work.
