Thom Medek

Thom is an associate at Bernheimer Architecture (BA) and dedicates his work to affordable and permanently supportive housing. Before working with BA, he worked with SOM. Thom is licensed in the state of New York and has a Master in Architecture from Yale University. He has previously taught housing design at the Parsons School of Constructed Environments.

His interests are rooted in the transformative power of home on people and communities and the intricate social and political implications that arise from the potential of housing, particularly in combating poverty and inequality.
