Bio

Ramita pursued her undergraduate degree from the International Program in Design and Architecture (INDA), Chulalongkorn University in 2020. During her time at INDA, she spent an exchange semester at Parsons School of Design, which granted her the opportunity to apply real estate concepts to urban design projects in NYC.

After graduation, Ramita joined an affordable housing development project in Northern Thailand. Soon after, she interned at a leading Thai real estate firm, where she proposed new senior residential and urban wellness resort ideas for prospective land along Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River, thereby expanding Thailand’s new potential market sector. She was later selected to join the junior entrepreneur team at Thailand’s largest conglomerates. She led a team to manage an international convention and exhibition center, while collaborating with Telecommunications Corporation to spearhead technology-enhanced real estate projects.
