Kayli Minear

Advisor for CED majors and minors; manages CED Admissions Ambassadors and admissions outreach and yield; supports academic advising, basic career and graduate school advising, student group supervision, and degree certification; assists with the assessment of undergraduate needs and experience, develops programs and services to meet those needs, and evaluates outcomes.

Kayli graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Psychology and a minor in History. She previously worked in graduate admissions at USC and undergraduate advising at Harvard, where she earned a Master’s in Education with a concentration in student development. Kayli is passionate about uncovering the hidden curriculum of higher education, cultivating a sense of belonging for all students, and increasing accessibility and equity in higher ed. Kayli is also an aspiring gardener and enjoys reading, baking, and discovering new music.
