Jenny Lin (she/her) is a Vice President at Economic & Planning Systems, with over a decade of experience in real estate economics. She collaborates with clients across the full spectrum of real estate development services, including market analysis, public/private partnerships, public finance, economic development, and fiscal and economic impact analysis. Her clients include cities, counties, special districts, multi-jurisdictional authorities, property owners, and developers. Jenny finds fulfillment in managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes that enhance urban spaces.
Jenny’s background includes experience in local government and working for a development company specializing in infill housing. She holds a B.A. in Urban Planning and was a member of the inaugural cohort of the MRED+D program at the University of California, Berkeley.
