Danny has eleven years of professional experience across a variety of commercial real estate disciplines. In his career, he has been a key team member in more than $3 billion in retail, office, industrial, and multifamily transactions and has managed a portfolio of 2.83 million square feet of mixed-use properties and developments. Most recently he was a Vice President at AlixPartners, where he concentrated on turnaround and restructuring management consulting for several institutional firms, focusing on real estate, contingency planning and cash management workstreams.

Danny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Thought and Practice and Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia, where he discovered his passion for real estate and sustainability. His professional career has largely been focused on commercial real estate and corporate finance, so with the MRED+D program, Danny plans to expand his knowledge to better understand key components of development that align financial incentives with thoughtful design.

In his spare time, Danny loves to check out new restaurants and to travel with his family and friends. He also enjoys spending time outdoors—particularly while on a walk around the city or on a hike in the mountains.
