Aaron Forrest
Aaron Forrest is a registered architect and co-founding principal of Ultramoderne. He has extensive professional experience, having practiced in New York with Bernheimer Architecture and Guy Nordenson and Associates Structural Engineers and in Madrid with Ábalos & Herreros Arquitectos. Aaron received both his bachelor's degree and MArch from Princeton University. From 2014 to 2022, he was a professor of architecture at Rhode Island School of Design, where he attained the rank of associate professor. In addition to RISD, he has taught at Harvard Graduate School of Design, Princeton University, and the University of Pennsylvania.
Aaron’s work has been recognized widely, both for design excellence and for innovations in architectural technology and the design of public space. His office has received awards from the Architectural League, Architect Magazine, Domus Magazine, the Chicago Architecture Biennial, the American Academy in Rome, the American Institute of Architects, and others.
