Ari received both their BA in Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Kentucky, where they worked as a teaching assistant for multiple History and Theory of Architecture courses. Their thesis project was driven by their belief that architects have the ability to create positive social change through the built environment, and it combined their passions for adaptive reuse and site-sensitive design. They worked as an architectural designer prior to applying their knowledge to supporting others on their academic journeys. Ari enjoys hiking, exploring new places, and jigsaw puzzles.
