WORK
ENV DES 201 2006
The fall 2006 MUD studio focused efforts on the redevelopment strategies for downtown Stockton. The studio worked at a range of scales, understanding the broader regional issues of the San Joaquin Valley and Delta, the historic downtown and midtown districts, as well as site-specific investigations in an effort to encourage greater density and foster a greater sense of community and walkability. The group presented its work at a special city council hearing devoted to the findings of the studio.
