Join us for a lecture with this year’s Esherick Endowed Professors Zoë Prillinger and Luke Ogrydziak, who present their firm OPA’s recent work and discuss their design philosophy.
ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Zoë Prillinger and Luke Ogrydziak are principals of OPA, a firm committed to forward-thinking built work driven by ideas and the innovative use of developing technologies. The firm specializes in crafting spatial experiences at multiple scales including installations, interiors, buildings, and urban proposals. OPA’s work has been featured in publications such as Frame, Global Architecture (GA), Metropolis, The New York Times, Domus, Azure, Wallpaper*, Dwell, and The Architect’s Newspaper. Their work has also been exhibited at the Smart Museum, Storefront for Art and Architecture, and the GA Gallery in Tokyo, Japan.
The firm has received multiple international design awards and contributed papers to Advances in Architectural Geometry (AAG) and ACADIA. Both partners have taught at UC Berkeley and The Harvard Graduate School of Design. Both partners received their MArch and BA degrees from Princeton University.
