Abbey MRED+D Student, Class of 2025
EDUCATION
Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, Bachelor of Architecture
Hometown

Aguascalientes, Mexico

Role Before MRED+D

Founder, VGM Architects

Bio

Victor Gonzalez is a professional in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) realm, with a fervent dedication to real estate development. Holding a Bachelor of Architecture with high honors from Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, a Diploma in Evaluation of Investment Projects from Universidad Autónoma de Mexico, and a Construction Management Certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Victor combines academic excellence with practical expertise.

Victor’s interest in real estate grew from observing the absence of a comprehensive urban-territorial strategy to address regional needs, resulting in disparities in economic, social, and urban development rates. This inspired the founding of VGM Architects, a mission-driven endeavor aimed at crafting architectural solutions that embody inclusivity, safety, resilience, and sustainability.

As CEO and Co-Founder of VGM Architects, Victor has led the company to success, securing funding, cultivating strategic partnerships, and delivering outstanding architectural solutions across diverse sectors. Leading and mentoring design teams, he ensures the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions for housing, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial projects. Prior to founding VGM Architects, Victor served as Project Manager at Top Energy, delivering energy solutions for industries across Mexico, Germany, Japan, North America and Uruguay, showcasing his adept project management skills and innovative approach to energy solutions.

Victor’s proficiency extends to academia, where he serves as a Associate Professor at Universidad Panamericana, educating future architects and engineers on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD).

With a comprehensive skill set encompassing architecture, design, project management, and sustainable practices, Victor is poised to continue making impactful contributions to the AEC industry through his involvement in the Real Estate Development + Design (MRED+D) program. His commitment to excellence and passion for innovation position him as a dynamic leader and visionary in real estate development.
