Nico Manolis

Project Manager, Broadway Rentals Cooperative
Nico is a Bay Area native who has been passionate about real estate since he was in high school. Most recently, Nico earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Tulane University’s School of Architecture in May 2024. At Tulane, he was a member of Real Estate Power Players (REPP) and Tulane Real Estate Group (TREG) and also served as a cooperative housing manager for off-campus student living.
Nico has participated in various real estate residential and commercial internship roles throughout his undergraduate studies. Each spring, from 2017 to 2020, he was part of a construction team doing volunteer work erecting small houses in Mexico, eventually becoming a team manager supervising crews of a dozen students. He worked as a project manager at both Compass and Heafey Baum Group (HBG) from 2019 to 2021 and realized that he wanted to move on to bigger commercial projects, so he joined CBRE’s San Francisco Advisory & Transactions team in the summer of 2022. This past summer, he worked as a researcher for The Concord Group in San Francisco, a development consulting firm.
Nico intends to build upon his previous work experience and education with UC Berkeley MRED+D program, which he believes will enhance his knowledge about sustainable development potential in and around the Bay Area. Aside from his professional life, in his free time he enjoys surfing, playing the piano, and fishing.
