Blake Garden Tour
Discover the diverse landscapes and views of UC Berkeley’s stunning Blake Garden in this hour-long insider tour with Garden Manager Kate Lincoln. Learn the history of the 10.5+ acre property, and explore its formal gardens, woodland canyon, Mediterranean garden, cottage garden, and more. The tour will also highlight projects built by Berkeley professors and landscape architecture students — including a living wall, blackberry tunnel, and a bee hotel. Blake Garden continues to be an outdoor teaching and research laboratory for the Department of Landscape Architecture & Environmental Planning.
Tours are offered on the second Thursday of every month, unless otherwise noted, and are free and open to the public.
