Project: Cañada College Kinesiology, Wellness, and Aquatics Center
Location: San Mateo County Community College District - Redwood City, CA
After demolition of an existing athletics building, the new two-story 85,000 sf Kinesiology and Wellness building on the same site will house both academic andenterprise facilities, including classrooms for wellness activities, an extensive area for fitness equipment, a competition basketball gymnasium, locker and shower facilities, offices, and auxiliary facilities. An instructional aquatics pool and a competition pool will be constructed on the flat part of the site to the east of the structure, complete with spectator areas and auxiliary buildings for associated support facilities and equipment.

Location: Roseville, CA
Westpark has acquired Solaire, a 400-acre project in Roseville. In 2016, Woodside Homes and DR Horton acquired villages in Phase 1. The approved land uses include:

Project: The Rockwell
Location: San Francisco, CA
The design of the two residential towers at the corner of Pine and Franklin Streets fills this visible corner site with a lively architecture. The project consists of 260 units with 4,000 square feet in ground retail located in the Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The facades of two historic buildings are reused along Pine Street, which provide an interesting juxtaposition of old and new.
Project Name: U.C. Davis West Village
Location: Davis, CA
SWA, Sausalito, California, provided master planning and landscape architecture services for the University of Davis’ West Village. SWA’s Implementation Plan and landscape design built on core principles of housing affordability, environmental responsiveness, and quality of place to create the nation’s largest planned Zero Net Energy community. The landscape weaves together new buildings, integrates site drainage into a hierarchy of parks, sports fields, and trails, and creates a green framework for livable and healthy neighborhoods with bicycles as the primary mode of connection.
