The U.S Green Building Council named Nancy Malone (M. Arch '94) a 2012 LEED Fellow. The LEED Fellow program is the green building industry's most prestigious professional designation; it recognizes exceptional contributions to green building and significant professional achievement within the rapidly growing community of LEED Professionals. Nancy is currently a Principal at Siegel & Strain Architects and Project Principal for the passively heated and cooled, net-zero energy Jess Jackson Sustainable Inery Building at the University of California, Davis and the net-zero energy Yosemite Environmental Education Center in Yosemite National Park.
