Architectural-research organization DesignIntelligence has listed Professor and Chair of Landscape Architecture & Environmental Design Louise Mozingo on its 25 Most Admired Educators for 2017 ranking, which was compiled by the DesignIntelligence staff.
“Mozingo is dedicated to students reaching their full potential through her teaching in landscape architecture and her broader campus responsibilities,” the report said. “She is cited for teaching people to be not only leaders but achievers; making sound career decisions in the design professions. She has a strategic vision for the future and is a role model for design thinking on campus.”
The list was compiled with extensive input from thousands of design professionals, academic department heads, and students. Educators and administrators from the disciplines of architecture, industrial design, interior design, and landscape architecture were all considered for inclusion.
