She has worked with an array of architecture and design firms across India, with experience on a variety of project types including mid-rise and high-rise residential and mixed-use development, single-family homes, commercial, hospitality, workplace design and interior design. Most recently, she was partnering in an architecture and project management studio overseeing turnkey - design and build projects. Through the MRED+D program, Krati aims at gaining an in-depth knowledge of the financial and analytical modeling of real estate development projects. Her goal is to learn to translate multi-faceted sustainable growth strategies and concepts into responsive built environment solutions. She intends to work on development projects, especially responsive infill and adaptive reuse, that act as pressure points in a community for restoring and activating the neighborhood and helping occupants and their neighbors thrive.
Outside of work, Krati enjoys music, traveling, strength training and biking.
