As an architect and urban planning consultant with experience in research and innovation strategies for housing and large-scale projects, the importance of a keen multi-disciplinary understanding of finance, law, and design has become a challenge and the key to the success of any project.
Hanae has developed Innovation Strategies for Colpatria Construction Company in Colombia and has successfully delivered projects in more than six LATAM Countries to private and public entities like Interamerican Development Bank (IDB), World Bank, Findeter, and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, among others. Within her professional trajectory, some of the following projects can be highlighted: the Conceptual Plan for Integral Improvement of Neighborhoods in la Corbeta, Buenos Aires and La Cruz, Choluteca, Honduras; The Legal, Financial and Institutional Framework Study for the Implementation of TOD Strategies in Brazil; The Feasibility Studies for the Science, Innovation, and Technology District of Bogotá (SITD): The Regional land-use plan for Panama City; The Prefeasibility studies for the Transport Oriented Developments (TOD) NAMA Pilot in Colombia; and others.
The complete and ambitious Berkeley MRED+D program will allow Hanae to hone her professional skills to deliver projects that contribute to life-quality improvements and projects with innovative financing schemes.
