Hometown: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Previous Degrees: University of Buenos Aires, Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture
Role Before Joining MRED+D: Head of Architecture, Real Estate Family Office, Luksic Group
Within real estate, Emiliano was able to identify areas of development with regard to communities and the environment that still lack solutions to the serious housing problem.
With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, working both in Argentina and Chile, Emiliano had the opportunity to study various ways of life and advance in a housing development oriented to low-income groups: Patio Houses.
Recently, Emiliano designed a weekend-house project facing the Pacific Ocean, which emphasizes sustainability using local materials and was featured in ´El Mercurio´ newspaper.
UC Berkeley's MRED+D enhances the qualities of any other program, as real estate development requires excellence in urban design, planning, and sustainability. Additionally, design thinking as a means of troubleshooting, solution prototyping, and interactive critique is key to achieving the most valued and valuable real estate projects.
Emiliano plans to create value in both land development and redevelopment. He wants to understand urban growth in a way that reflects diverse residents, taking into account the environment and finding housing solutions for the 21st century.
In his spare time, Emiliano enjoys outdoor activities that range from playing tennis, soccer (like all Argentines) and also golf.
