Bhavesh is a professional engineer from India with a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and about 6 years' experience who has been working for India's largest real estate development firm, Godrej Properties. He has worked on several high-profile projects so far in his career, including high rises in Dubai and Jeddah and a sports stadium in India. He also has spent time developing mobile app technologies to assist in improving customer experience overall. Being part of cross-functional meetings, he always used to get intrigued by different functions coming together and shaping up a project. Therefore, Bhavesh is looking forward to learning subjects like Finance, Urban Development and Public-Private Partnerships to understand the real estate industry in depth.

Bhavesh expects to become a wholesome real estate professional who can lead a project from ground up to delivery. Moreover, affordable housing is one sector he is interested in with a long-term objective to resolve housing crisis in developing nations.
