Alicia holds a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and a Master of Architecture from the University of Southern California (USC). Alicia has always had a passion for design in the built environment, with experience studying under some of the top design and sustainable architectural leaders of today such as Alvin Huang of Synthesis D+A, Ma Yansong of MAD Architects, and Lawrence Scarpa of Brooks + Scarpa. Alicia has also had four years of architectural experience working under the architectural firms HMC Architects and Architectural Nexus.
After much architectural experience, Alicia decided to go out on her own and start an architectural real estate development company (RAD-Development, LLC), and obtain an architectural license that will fulfill her urge to design a project that will be built according to her standards of the built environment. This enterprise strives to play a part in the rectification of the housing crisis, to see sustainable features become known and appreciated, and to offer affordable housing and housing for women and children through the Architect-Led Design-Build project delivery process with knowledge gained from the MRED+D program.
Alicia’s extracurricular activities would include cycling, furniture design-build, traveling and hanging out with friends.
