Greg Castillo, Associate Professor of Architecture
Project Description
Examining the legacy of design activism within CED and its relationship to Bay Area counterculture, Design Radicals: Berkeley in the '60s establishes the historical significance of local experiments in design pedagogy and practice. This project will culminate with a major exhibit in 2014, the 50th anniversary of the Free Speech Movement, and a book.
